Otter Restore

Thursday, April 20th at 10:00-10:30am PST

We all want to do a little more to take care of Mother Earth, but sometimes that intention lacks clarity and results in a vague sense of guilt with no real action taken. Although environmental stewardship can seem overwhelming, there are lots of simple and practical steps we can take our day to day lives that can reduce our carbon footprint. Join us on April 20th for a brief, take-the-pressure-off, session. We will begin with some breathing exercises and guided meditation, followed by practical tips on how to reduce your environmental impact.

Whether you want to deepen your mindfulness practice or just need a break from the day's chaos, this session is for you. Come for the learning; stay for the otters.
